We often underestimate the full force that Nature can have on our lives. Much of the time we are insulated from it's ravages. We commute to work in hermetically sealed cars, trains or buses. Most of us sleep in air conditioned comfort. And we are generally protected from wind, rain and snow.
But occasionally Nature rears it's head, and asserts its dominion over this globe. For those living in the Western United States and near the rivers of China, that time is now. Ironically for one country the result is dust, for the other it's water.
